David Ross: Variants

David A. Ross is the principal of Code-A, an exploratory architectural design studio based in Los Angeles, and teaches graduate design studios and seminars at SCI-Arc.
Ross studied at the Cooper Union and the Architectural Association, and is the author of the award-winning entry, Some Among Them Are Killers: Unmanaged Landscapes for Non-U.S. Military and Government Users, published as Pamphlet Architecture 24 (Princeton Architectural Press, New York, 2003).
Prior to joining the faculty at SCI-Arc, Ross taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels at UC Berkeley and CCA and has worked with New York architects Diller+Scofidio on their winning proposal for the Eyebeam Museum of Art and Technology (2001). From 2007–08, he was a Project Director at Gehry Technologies, implementing information and parametric modeling in multiple large-scale projects in construction. Recently, Ross has completed his Architectural Registration Exams with NCARB.
