Jackilin Hah Bloom is an architectural designer in Los Angeles, California. In 2011 she started JHB Studio, a practice that utilizes digital technology as its primary medium of innovative design. The studio aims to produce evocative forms in buildings, interiors, furnishings and products, while addressing each project's specific challenges. The studio's underlying stimulus comes from Jackilin's fascination with art and contemporary culture. Recently, the studio completed several international competition projects done in collaboration with Florencia Pita of FPMod, which will be published by DAMDI Archive Books (Seoul, Korea) in 2012. Currently the studio is designing ideas for speculative projects as well actual projects situated locally in the western United States.
