Andrea Fraser, with art historian Rhea Anastas and MOCA curator Bennett Simpson, will join us for a second event in the Friends of Friends discussion series, hosted by SCI-Arc in connection with deegan day design's BLOW x BLOW exhibition.

About Rhea Anastas
Art historian Rhea Anastas (B.A., M.A., Columbia University; Ph.D., The Graduate Center, City University of New York) is Visiting Assistant Professor at the Roski School at the University of Southern California in the Master of Public Art Studies program. Between 2001-2008, she taught at Bard College's Center for Curatorial Studies and Art in Contemporary Culture. Anastas co-edited Dan Graham: Works, 1965-2000 (2001) and Witness to Her Art: Art and Writings by Adrian Piper, Mona Hatoum, Cady Noland, Jenny Holzer, Kara Walker, Daniela Rossell and Eau de Cologne (2006). She co-founded Orchard Gallery in New York.
