Led by Matthew Shaw and William Trosell, the London-based ScanLAB Projects specializes in large scale 3D scanning for architects, engineers and the creative industries. The practice explores pioneering uses of advanced surveying techniques in design, making and visualization. The firm works with leading architects, engineers, broadcasters and artists on a diverse portfolio of projects worldwide.

Founders Matthew Shaw and William Trossell will present a series of projects including work for the BBC Culture Show, Frieze Art Fair and their recent expedition to the Arctic.

Their practice, research and teaching at the Bartlett School of Architecture questions future city mapping, the designers intimate relationship with digital sites and the notion of tolerance in digital world.
