Welcome to the Admissions page of a singular and distinguished architecture school. I've been the Director of Admissions here at SCI-Arc since 2006. In that time, I've had the opportunity to meet many extraordinary applicants who have gone on to become part of this place and its legacy. Before coming to SCI-Arc, I served for five years as Admissions Director at the American Film Institute and altogether have 14 years experience working in higher education, beginning in my home state of North Carolina. Whether you will be coming here from elsewhere in the U.S. or the world, I want to answer any questions you have about SCI-Arc's programs and how to apply to them, and to work with you throughout the applications process. The more you know SCI-Arc, the more intrigued I think you'll be.

My favorite thing about SCI-Arc is the strong sense of community shared within our unique building. I enjoy working with all of our applicants throughout the admissions process, from the time they submit their application until they become SCI-Arc students. Being here, I have learned architecture by osmosis-my own degree is in psychology from UCLA. I'm a native Californian, but I feel like I've gotten to see all the corners of the country and world through the experience of our applicants. I respect that each person who applies here is an individual with his or her specific needs and goals. I look forward to hearing from you.
