Vote for SCI-Arc

SCI-Arc aims to promote and uplift underrepresented voices in architecture and foster a better learning experience for all, especially those who have been historically excluded.

SCI-Arc E&I Scholarship

Scholarship support is available to domestic applicants who identify with underrepresented groups including Black/African American, Latin American/Latinx, Indigenous, Asian American, first- or second-generation immigrant, DACA, LGBTQIA+, and individuals with disabilities. Priority will be given to applicants with permanent residence in Los Angeles County and to those with financial need. Scholarships are renewed annually contingent upon recipients maintaining specified GPA requirements.

SoCal NOMA Scholarship

The SCI-Arc SoCal NOMA Scholarship is a need-based, full-tuition scholarship intended for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. The scholarship itself will fund full tuition for all 5 years of SCI-Arc’s B.Arch program, 2-3 years of its M.Arch 1 or 2 programs, or 1 year of its Master of Science postgraduate programs.

How to Apply

Students who identify with any of the underrepresented group(s) will need to complete the form found on SlideRoom. Students who are eligible for both the E&I and Socal NOMA scholarship will only need to submit one application and will be considered for both scholarships.
