Join us August 21–23 as 71 graduating M.Arch students present projects that question, translate, and reimagine architectural possibilities.

Graduate Thesis at SCI-Arc marks a pivotal transition, as students publicly present the ideas and positions that will shape the next phase of their practice. The reviews bring together esteemed guest critics from inside and outside the discipline, along with 17 faculty thesis advisors, for critical dialogue around the questions driving these projects.

“Translation is taking on new forms this year - whether turning datasets into spatial proposals, physical models into digital systems, or environmental inputs into architecture. Across these varied approaches, architecture becomes a means of inquiry, grounded in making and attuned to both digital and material conditions,” says Jackilin Hah Bloom, Graduate Thesis Coordinator.

All projects will remain on view in the SCI-Arc building through September 5, as part of the 2025 Graduate Thesis Exhibition.
