Key Dates

New Student Orientation

  • New Student Orientation is required for all new students. The two-day program introduces SCI-Arc’s academic culture, campus resources, and community.
  • Attendance is required on both days. Upon completion of orientation, students will register for courses.
  • Dates: September 3–4, 2026

Introduction to Digital Design (M.Arch 2)

  • All incoming M.Arch 2 students are required to complete the Introduction to Digital Design (IDD) pre-semester workshop. IDD provides a foundation in the digital tools and workflows essential to the M.Arch 2 program.
  • Dates: August 18–26, 2026

Bachelor of Architecture Transfer Seminar

  • All transfer students entering the second or third year of the B.Arch program are required to complete the transfer seminar. The seminar focuses on digital representation and foundational workflows.
  • Dates: August 3–21, 2026

ESL Summer Workshop

  • The ESL Summer Workshop is for international students who have not met the English proficiency requirement.
  • Dates: July 13–August 7, 2026
