Design Immersion Days (DID) Scholarships cover partial to full registration fee.

DID Scholarship Application Process

Applying for a DID Scholarship is a two-step process:

  • Applicants must submit the Online Registration Form. Applicants for the DID Scholarship are not required to pay the application fee.
  • Applicants must complete the Design Immersion Days SlideRoom application form.

Detailed Scholarship Application Requirements

The following requirements will be submitted through the SlideRoom application.

Personal Statement

The Design Immersion Days personal statement prompt is found in SlideRoom and the response must be submitted through SlideRoom. The personal statement is an opportunity for the admissions committee to gain insight into the registrant’s interests, motivations, and goals.

Counselor Reference Form

Applicants can request their counselor/teacher to complete the Counselor Reference Form through SlideRoom.

Letter Stating Financial Need

Students who are not able to submit a completed Counselor Reference Form must submit a letter from a parent/guardian stating financial need through SlideRoom. The letter should include family net income, number of dependents, and any additional information that will help us determine financial need.

Copy of High School Transcript

Students applying for the DID Scholarship are required to provide a copy of their high school transcript showing their most recent grades. Unofficial high school transcripts must be submitted through SlideRoom.
