Resources for community partnerships and information about how to build them.

Description of Opportunities:

Community engagement at SCI-Arc is based upon reciprocal exchange of benefit and communication. Linking the local and campus communities, the goal of our partnerships is to have those involved deepen their understanding of how our actions impact one another as stakeholders in space. Curricular engagement, research, and pipeline development are some of the possibilities through which we can collaborate with organizations and groups working for greater justice and equity.

  • Volunteer opportunities for students
  • Community-based courses
  • Research projects
  • Internships or paid positions with local groups/organizations
  • Collaboration with outreach programs

Contact Community Engagement Coordinator Jonathan Chan by emailing jonathan_chan@sciarc.edu for other inquiries and interests.
