Standard shipping schedule
Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons. The SCI-Arc Store is not responsible for any carrier delays caused by poor weather, package mishandling, or higher than usual volume.
Please note: Business days are defined as 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday and exclude holidays and weekends.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular SCI-Arc Store hours.
By placing an order, you agree to pay for any additional duties or fees imposed by the country of destination.
Please determine these costs before placing an order, as they can be higher than expected. Orders refused by recipient upon delivery will be considered an “abandoned package,” and ineligible for a refund.
How do I make a change to my order?
Please be advised that once your order has been shipped you can no longer make any changes to you order.
In some cases you may make a change to you order within 4 hours of your order being placed. Even then we cannot guarantee that your order change request will be granted.
How long does it take to process orders?
If we receive your order by 1:00 PM PST and depending on merchandise availability, orders may be processed and shipped the same day. During high volume periods, please allow up to 1 to 3 business days before your order may be shipped out.
Orders placed on or around Christmas Eve will not be processed until after the New Year.
How can I cancel my order?
Please be advised that you can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped out. If you have received and email stating that your order has shipped, you may refuse the package upon delivery, when the store receives the unopened packaged, we will then credit the amount for the merchandise back to your credit card less any shipping charges. If your order has not yet shipped out, please send us an email selecting as the subject line “Cancel Order.” This will help us better track your request/inquiry and ensure quicker response to your cancellation request.
All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days from the day the order shipped.

Please include a copy of the original invoice, a daytime telephone number, and email address.
Your refund will be processed to the same purchaser and method of payment originally used for the purchase.
Flash drives and pen purchases can only be returned or exchanged if unopened in original packaging.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.
Please wrap your package securely. We recommend FedEx because they insure packages and have the ability to track the package. We recommend that you keep copies of all paperwork in the event the package is lost or damaged during shipment.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/MISDIRECTED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.
Please note that SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Credit card refunds are issued within one week upon receipt of the merchandise.
Exchanges will be processed as 2 separate transactions:
- A refund for the returned merchandise
- A charge for the new merchandise being shipped back.
For returns due to defect or incorrect item sent:
If the item you received had a defect in the material or design, or if the item was not the item you originally ordered, we will arrange for the item to be replaced. Please call (213) 356-5309 to report error.
We will pay for re-shipping (ground) corrected merchandise.
For returns due to damage by shipping company:
If the package was damaged during shipment, please keep all packaging materials and call (213) 356-5309.
General terms and conditions for returns or exchanges
An original receipt must accompany merchandise to be exchanged/returned.
Merchandise must be in original condition — unworn with attached tags, unopened, including the original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, and registration card.
Store credits are non-refundable.
A 20% re-stocking fee may be assessed to all returns, exchanges, etc.
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST MEET ALL ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
