SCI-Arc offers students a unique experience as they pursue their undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate degrees. Our approximately 500 students and 80 faculty members—most of whom are practicing architects—work together to reexamine assumptions, create, explore, and test the limits of architecture.

Undergraduate Program
SCI-Arc’s B.Arch is a five-year professionally accredited undergraduate program focused on both the discipline and the practice of architecture, offering design excellence and intellectual breadth through a liberal arts-based education.

SCI-Arc EDGE, Center for Advanced Studies in Architecture is a platform for speculative scholarship and specialized training offering five postgraduate programs culminating in a Master of Science.

MS Architectural Technologies
The Master of Science in Architectural Technologies is a one-year, three-semester program focused on contemporary and near-future design technologies. -
MS Fiction and Entertainment
The Master of Science in Fiction and Entertainment is a one-year, three-semester program where students work with world-renowned professionals in the media industry to develop expertise in worldbuilding, storytelling, and production. -
MS Design of Cities
The Master of Science in Design of Cities is a one-year, three-semester program in which students investigate contemporary urban phenomena, propel design innovation, and advance conversations around how we build cities in the twenty-first century. -
MS Design Theory and Pedagogy
The Master of Science in Design Theory and Pedagogy is a one-year, three-semester program that addresses the growing ambiguity between practice and academia and prepares students for a new kind of hybrid career: the architect-theorist-educator. -
MS Synthetic Landscapes
The Master of Science in Synthetic Landscapes is a one-year, three-semester program focused on advancing knowledge and developing expertise in the emerging topics of landscape architecture.
